Egoma Oil is an oil rich in α-linolenic acid squeezed from perilla seeds.

The scent of sesame oil varies. The one that has been squeezed in a fresh state and has not been oxidized so much does not have much taste or scent. As the oxidation progresses, there slight sesame like taste. Like olive oil, it can also sprinkled on the salad.
