Our poducts are all manufactured in Fukui, Japan. We work with a specialist in underwear production. 

The manufacturer we work with has been operating since 1947. The manufacturer is in charge of pattern making to finish.

The patterns of our underwear are made by 3D software with an experienced pattern maker. By utilizing 3D software we can reduce the wastage of samples and fittings. While we continue to reduce waste and make naensis more eco-friendly, there is always room for improvement.

We wanted to keep the production close to each other and support small, local factories. 

While Japan has many high-quality factories and mills, the numbers are declining. All factories are close to each other to ensure frequent visits and reduce CO2 emission.
